Crime and Punishment
When we talk about crime and punishment we go to a framework in which a subject has committed an act that in the eyes of the law, ethics, morality, and sanity is not correct. A clear case was some events that occurred some time ago in the area to live where at two-year-old girl was carnally abused by an individual who atrociously ended the life of the minor in a very cowardly way, leaving an irreparable wound for the family of the minor who, after fighting for her life, died 3 days later. The community of the area pooled their resources and joined forces to find the vile coward who was learned by the horde of enraged citizens who, blinded by pain, violently attacked the aggressor in a manner in which the perpetrators ruled "Justice." After hours of torture, the competent authorities made the due apprehension of the individual, asserting his rights as a “human” being to be prosecuted “fairly” to be sentenced to life imprisonment in addition to having been immersed in psychol...
